About

My story

“After a few years in Montreal to, among other things, complete my studies in psychoeducation and begin my practice in schools, I decided to return to my favorite playground; the Laurentians.

A great lover of the outdoors, I quickly felt at home in my new environment. This big change inspired me to create my own independent practice. A warm, vibrant, and gentle private practice; a practice that reflects who I am.

My mission is simple: to help.

When people ask me why I chose to become a psychoeducator, for me the answer is simple. All I've ever wanted to do is help other people. Psychoeducation is my way of doing that. I help through listening, through shared experiences, through connecting with others.
